You're welcome to be there the whole time — many clients find it helpful. But if you'd rather drop in and out, that's completely fine. I just need access to the spaces we're working on.

Do I need to be home during the session?

What happens to the things I decide to let go of?

We'll sort items into donate, recycle, or dispose piles. I'm happy to take donations to your nearest charity shop as part of the service, or leave them for you to deal with at your own pace.

Do I need to buy new storage before we start?

Not at all. We always work with what you already have first. After the session I'll provide a tailored storage brief if new products would genuinely improve your systems — but it's never a requirement.

Where do you work? Do you travel?

We're based in the Midlands and North West and work across the region in person. We also offer online consultations for clients further afield. Get in touch and we'll confirm coverage for your area.

How do I prepare for my session?

You don't need to pre-tidy or sort anything — that's our job. The only thing we ask is that you're ready to make decisions. Being honest with yourself about what you really use and love is the most important ingredient.

What if I don't know which package I need?
