How much does a professional organiser cost?

Our packages start at £220 for a half-day Edit session and scale up to £3,100 for a full whole-home Reset. We price by outcome rather than by the hour, so every quote includes your discovery call, the session itself, and a follow-up care guide. See the full breakdown in our pricing table.

What happens during a discovery call?

It's a free, no-obligation 20-minute conversation about your home, your priorities, and how you'd like to work together. We'll recommend the right package for your space - there's no pressure to book.

Do you work with cluttered or embarrassing spaces?

Always, and without judgement. Clutter is human - most of our clients tell us this is the first time they've asked for help. Our whole approach is built around discretion and compassion.

Which areas do you cover?

We serve households across the Midlands and North West of England, including Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Nottinghamshire, Oxfordshire, the West Midlands and surrounding counties. We can occasionally cater to other areas, so please get in touch to confirm availability in your postcode.

Do I need to be home during the session?

You're welcome to be there the whole time - many clients find it helpful. But if you'd rather drop in and out, that's completely fine. I just need access to the spaces we're working on.

What if it doesn't work out after the first session?

All multi-session packages come with our satisfaction guarantee - if the service isn't right for you after your first session, we'll refund the remaining sessions in full, no questions asked.

Do I need to buy new storage before we start?

Not at all. We always work with what you already have first. After the session I'll provide a tailored storage brief if new products would genuinely improve your systems - but it's never a requirement.

How do I prepare for my session?

You don't need to pre-tidy or sort anything - that's our job. The only thing we ask is that you're ready to make decisions. Being honest with yourself about what you really need is the most important thing.

What happens to the things I decide to let go of?

We'll sort items into donate, recycle, or dispose piles. I'm happy to take donations to a charity shop as part of the service, or leave them for you to deal with at your own pace.

What if I don't know which package I need?

That's exactly what the free discovery call is for. We'll talk through your home, your goals, and your timeline and give you an honest recommendation. There's no pressure and no obligation.
