WHAT CLIENTS SAY
Trusted with real homes and real stories
"My kitchen cupboards were bursting at the seams with clutter. Despite my best efforts as a busy Mum trying to keep on top of it, the thought of sorting out the cupboards and drawers felt overwhelming and I didn’t know where to start. Jodie worked through the clutter with me and organised it with convenience in mind to make things accessible in the right places and it all suddenly felt more structured and tidy. Can’t thank Jodie enough for her expertise and guidance and I can finally enjoy my kitchen again. Will definitely be having Jodie back to help me with other areas of the house!"

COMMON QUESTIONS
How much does a professional organiser cost?
We offer a half-day session (4-hours) at £180 and a full-day session (8-hours) at £320. We will provide an estimated timeframe on your discovery call but please bear in mind that each client is different and works at a different pace so some projects may take longer.
How do I prepare for my session?
You don't need to pre-tidy or sort anything - that's our job. The only thing we ask is that you're ready to make decisions. Being honest with yourself about what you really need is the most important thing.
Do I need to be home during the session?
You're welcome to be there the whole time - many clients find it helpful. But if you'd rather drop in and out, that's completely fine. I just need access to the spaces we're working on.
Do I need to buy new storage before we start?
Not at all. We always work with what you already have first. After the session I'll provide a tailored storage brief if new products would genuinely improve your systems - but it's never a requirement.
What happens to the things I decide to let go of?
We'll sort items into donate, recycle, or dispose piles. I'm happy to take donations to a charity shop as part of the service, or leave them for you to deal with at your own pace.
Which areas do you cover?
We serve households across the Midlands, North West of England and parts of Wales, including Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Nottinghamshire, Oxfordshire, the West Midlands and surrounding counties. We can occasionally cater to other areas, so please get in touch to confirm availability in your postcode.
What if it doesn't work out after the first session?
Our service comes with a satisfaction guarantee - if the service isn't right for you after your first session, we'll refund any future sessions in full, no questions asked.
What happens during a discovery call?
It's a free, no-obligation 20-minute conversation about your home, your priorities, and how you'd like to work together. We'll recommend the right package for your space - there's no pressure to book.
What if I don't know what I need?
That's exactly what the free discovery call is for. We'll talk through your home, your goals, and your timeline and give you an honest recommendation. There's no pressure and no obligation.
Do you work with cluttered or embarrassing spaces?
Always, and without judgement. Clutter is human - most of our clients tell us this is the first time they've asked for help. Our whole approach is built around discretion and compassion.
What does APDO-certified mean?
APDO (the Association of Professional Declutterers & Organisers) is the UK's professional body for our industry. Certification means I'm insured, vetted, and committed to a code of ethics and ongoing training - so you can trust you're working with a genuine professional, not just an enthusiastic amateur.
How does payment work?
We take a £100 deposit at booking to secure your date, with the balance taken at the end of the session. Any extras such as storage, parking, or overrun time - are itemised and added to each session. Payment can be made in cash or card payment at the end of the session.
Not sure which package
is right for you?
Book a free discovery call and we'll talk through your home, your goals and your timeline - then recommend exactly what you need.
