Home Moves & Downsizing

Moving home can be overwhelming, but our professional organising service is here to make it easier. We offer a calm, compassionate approach, helping you sort through your belongings room by room and decide what to keep, donate, or discard.

Once everything is streamlined, we carefully pack your items using a clear, organised and fully labelled system, taking the stress out of moving day. We can also unpack and set up your new home, creating organised, functional spaces from the start.

Whether you’re downsizing or relocating, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Discovery Call

You’ll have a 30-minute discovery call with us to discuss your requirements so we can understand what you’d like to achieve.

Project Brief

Once we know what you need, we will create an in-depth project brief to ensure we are aligned and deliver a result inline with your requirements.

Packing Supplies

We will plan and source required storage solutions (if needed) inline with your additional budget and bring these with us on the day. These will be itemised and added to the final amount payable upon completion.

The Session

We will help you sort through your items to downsize (if needed) and pack your belongings in an organised and labelled system that's easy to navigate on moving day. We also provide an unpacking service once you've moved, getting you all setup in your new space.

What's included?
Pricing

We offer both half-day and full-day rates per organiser for all our services as follows:

Half-day (4hrs) @ £150

Full-day (8hrs) @ £280

Prices are inclusive of VAT.

A deposit of £100 per day is required when booking.

Remaining balance + any additional charges to be invoiced and paid upon completion.

Additional Costs (if required)

Extra Hours

  • £30 per hour / per organiser (incl. VAT)

Weekends and Bank Holidays

  • £45 per hour / per organiser (incl. VAT)

Travel and Parking

  • Free for locations within a 30 mile radius of CW3; thereafter a rate of £0.75 per mile applies.

  • Any parking fees incurred at your location will be applied to the final invoice.

Storage

  • Storage and packing solutions are not included in our day rate and will be itemised and charged at cost price on your final invoice to be paid upon completion.
